How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the app โ†’ tap the menu icon โ†’ Settings โ†’ scroll down and tap "Restore Purchase". Your purchase will be restored automatically if you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

I forgot my journal PIN. How do I reset it?

On the PIN lock screen, tap "Forgot PIN?" and verify with your device passcode. You'll be able to set a new PIN immediately.

How do I delete all my data?

To delete an individual entry, open it and tap the trash icon. You can also swipe left on an entry in the Calendar day view. To remove all data, delete the app from your device.

Why isn't weather logging for my entries?

Weather logs automatically when you save a mood entry, but requires location permission. Go to iPhone Settings โ†’ Color Mood โ†’ Location โ†’ select "While Using the App".

Why isn't Apple Health data showing in Patterns?

Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Connect Apple Health", then approve the permissions in the Health app. Make sure you have at least a few days of health data recorded.

Is my journal backed up to iCloud?

No. All data stays only on your device โ€” there is no cloud sync or account. Use the CSV export (Pro feature) to back up your entries manually.
